Service
This Agreement is between zinbrands.co ("zinbrands") and the client ("Client") governing use of https://www.zinbrands.co/ and all related channels. By using the website, Client agrees to all terms below.
Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, logos, and marks are owned by Zinbrands and protected by applicable law. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.
Ownership of Work
All design files and projects created for Client belong to Client upon completion. Client warrants that any materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights. zinbrands.co reserves the right to showcase completed work publicly unless an NDA is agreed upon.
Third-Party Fonts
If a project uses fonts requiring a commercial license, zinbrands.co will notify Client in writing. Purchasing those licenses is the Client's responsibility.
Client Conduct
By using the website, Client confirms they are legally capable of entering this agreement, will not use the site for illegal purposes, and will not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or compete with zinbrands.co through its platform.
Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions submitted to zinbrands.co become property of zinbrands.co and may be used without compensation or acknowledgment.
Refunds
Payments are refundable upon request, subject to review by zinbrands.co. However, no refund will be issued for any work already completed, delivered, or in progress at the time of the request — the extent of which is determined solely by Zinbrands.co. If a refund is approved, all rights to any work produced during the service period immediately revert to Zinbrands, and Client must cease all use of those materials. Payment processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Licensing
Client is solely responsible for ensuring all content on their platforms is properly licensed. zinbrands.co's licenses for certain materials are not transferable to Client unless explicitly stated in writing
Liability
zinbrands.co is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Client agrees to indemnify zinbrands.co against any third-party claims resulting from Client's use or breach of this agreement.
Modifications
zinbrands.co reserves the right to modify these terms, the website, or its services at any time without notice.
